Buyupcars LLC dba Positive Energizer Trading (“we”, “us”) operates Master Vortex, the Master Vortex charting dashboard, available on the web at app.positiveenergizertrading.com and through our mobile apps. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. When you become a member and sign in, we collect your email address and an account identifier. Your password is stored only in hashed form; we never see or store it in plain text.

Your chart settings. We store the watchlist symbols you add and your dashboard preferences so they follow you across your devices.

Basic usage data. We collect minimal technical information needed to run and secure the service — such as device type, app version, sign-in events, and error logs. We use this only to operate, secure, and improve the app.

Payment information. Memberships are purchased on our website through our payment processor. We do not collect or store your card details, and no purchases are made inside the mobile app.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your precise location.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
• We do not collect brokerage credentials or connect to your brokerage account.
• We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
• We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.

How we use information

• To provide your account, sign-in, watchlist, and dashboard features
• To send alerts you have chosen to enable
• To secure the service and prevent abuse
• To respond to support requests

Market data

The charts display market data provided for informational purposes. Market data may be delayed depending on session and availability. Nothing in Master Vortex is financial advice, and the app does not place trades.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account information while your membership is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us via positiveenergizertrading.com/support — deletion requests are completed within 30 days. The app also provides an in-account way to request deletion, as required by the App Store.

Security

Account data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

Children

Master Vortex is a financial charting tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version at positiveenergizertrading.com/privacy and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
