Buyupcars LLC dba Positive Energizer Trading (“we”, “us”) operates Master Vortex, our charting dashboard at app.positiveenergizertrading.com and in our mobile apps, including PE-Vortex, the master indicator built into the platform. By purchasing a membership, creating an account, or using either product, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

What Master Vortex and PE-Vortex are

Master Vortex and PE-Vortex are charting and indicator tools. Each combines a set of technical indicators into one dashboard box on a single chart and shows entries and exits for you to read with your own knowledge, the way you would read any indicator.

• They are educational, informational tools only — not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
• They do not place trades and do not connect to your brokerage account.
• They never tell you what stock to buy, and they never tell you to buy or sell anything. Every decision is yours, with your own broker and your own risk rules.

We do not track, audit, or verify our members’ trading results, and we have no access to any member’s brokerage account. If this site ever shows a member’s words, story, or results, it is that one person’s individual experience — unverified, not typical, and not a promise of what you will experience.

Membership and billing

Memberships are sold on this website as recurring subscriptions, charged through our payment processor, and renew automatically until you cancel. Current pricing is shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal linked on this site, using the email you subscribed with; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Platform access requires an active subscription. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused time; canceling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry the payment method on file, and access may pause while a renewal is unpaid. Disputing or reversing a charge you authorized ends your membership immediately — if you believe a charge is wrong, contact us through the support page first; billing errors reported within 60 days will be corrected.

Your account

Your account is personal: one account, one person. Register with the same email you subscribed with — membership access is verified against that email. Do not share your password or your account; shared or resold access may be terminated. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to share or resell access; not to copy, scrape, or redistribute the tools’ data, readings, or content or republish them as your own feed; not to access the service by automated means we have not provided; and not to use the service unlawfully or post unlawful or abusive content in member community spaces. Member posts are personal opinions, are not reviewed or endorsed by us, and are not advice.

Intellectual property

The platforms, the indicator engine and its logic, designs, and branding are our intellectual property. Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them while your membership is active — nothing more. The indicator logic is proprietary; do not attempt to extract or reconstruct it.

Warranty and liability

The products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data or readings will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or profitable to use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for your trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the products in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

Termination and changes

You may cancel at any time as described above. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, account sharing, non-payment, or unlawful use. We may also end the products or your membership without cause on 30 days’ notice; if we do, we will refund the unused, prepaid portion of your current period. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date and announced in the platform or by email before they take effect.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these terms or the products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Austin, Texas, under the administrator’s consumer rules; you and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The full dispute terms are in the Terms of Use inside the platform. Master Vortex is operated from the United States; it is not offered where prohibited by law.

Protect yourself from impersonators

We sell memberships only on this website, through our payment processor. We will never message you asking for a deposit, a crypto transfer, your brokerage login, or money to “unlock” trades, and we never manage anyone’s account or place trades for anyone. If someone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for any of those things, it is a scam: do not send money, block the account, and tell us through this support page.
